Tell me what is not working.

Send a short note describing the problem, and you will get a direct answer on whether it is worth fixing, what it would take, and what it would cost - in writing, before any commitment.

What to include

  • The business problem, in plain terms - slow reporting, failing loads, manual work, costs, a decision nobody can make yet.
  • The systems involved: warehouse, ERP, storefront, BI tool, ingestion tooling.
  • Rough scale: revenue, order volume, data volume, number of users.
  • Your timeline and what happens if nothing changes.
  • What you need on cost: a fixed quote, a range to budget against, or a retainer structure. Say which, and pricing comes back in writing.

A paragraph is enough to start. If I am not the right fit, I will say so and point you somewhere better.

Reporting cannot be trusted

A BI rescue sprint: consolidate tools, define metrics once, and rebuild the dashboards decisions actually depend on.
